About Me

Hey There, I'm Steve. Let's Talk.
Welcome to Little Big Minds. If you're here, chances are you're dealing with some heavy stuff – maybe mental health challenges, the pain of bullying, or the isolation of cyberbullying. I created this space because I believe in the power of connection and the idea that we're stronger together.

My journey:

This isn't just a website for me; it's deeply personal. My life's journey, with all its bumps and detours, is why I'm so passionate about offering support to others.
My Story Isn't Perfect, But It's Real:
* My world changed at 8 when my parents divorced.
* As a teenager, witnessing domestic abuse left a lasting impact.
* Chronic back pain from an accident in 2002 is a daily reminder of life's physical and emotional burdens.
* My twenties involved a tough fight against addiction, influenced by family history, but eventually leading me towards recovery.
* I've seen the devastating effects of mental health struggles up close, losing a cousin, but also finding inspiration in another cousin's brave fight and recovery.
* Life continues to bring new challenges and learning – our family is currently navigating the path that followed our teen daughter's recent autism diagnosis. It's a journey that adds another layer to my understanding of different experiences.
* I've also lived with my own depression and anxiety since the 90s, and I know firsthand how vital things like medication and therapy can be when the going gets tough.
These experiences, messy and difficult as they were, have given me a deep well of empathy and a strong desire to make sure others don't feel so alone.

My mission:

Here's What Little Big Minds Offers You:
